Your record belongs to you.

Private by default. A record lives in the account that made it. It isn’t listed, searchable or announced, and nobody else can find it or see that it exists.

We never tell other people a building was captured. We don’t contact a building’s owner, manager or tenants about a capture someone else made, and there is no way to look up, or take over, a record you didn’t make.

Shared only by you. You choose, for each capture, whether it can be opened by link, shared on social media, embedded on another site, protected by a password, or downloaded. Inviting collaborators, or handing a record to your client, happens only when you decide.

Every file is yours. You can download every capture’s source files and data at any time.

When you send the intake form, we use what you wrote to review your request and reply to you by email. It goes to our team inbox ([email protected]) and nowhere else. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Cloudflare processes the signals it needs for that check under its own privacy policy.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn’t follow you around the web. Photographs on the site illustrate what we do; none of them shows a client’s building.
