Every building, on one record.

A measurable 3D record of the building, its equipment pinned with close-ups, every capture dated and compared, and FrontView AI to answer questions about all of it.

Points of interest

Pin what matters in the building.

At the electrical panel, the boiler or the rooftop unit, the technician adds a point and takes close-ups. Each point is pinned where it sits, with nameplate and condition photos, and checked again at every capture.

Yours, and private

Your record belongs to you.

Each record lives in the account it was captured for. Nobody else can find it, look it up or see that it exists. You decide who sees it and for how long.

  • Private by defaultRecords aren’t listed, searchable or announced. FrontView never tells other people a building was captured, or who it was captured for.
  • Shared only by youBy link, on social, embedded on your site, or behind a password: set for each capture.
  • Every file is yoursDownload every capture’s source files and data at any time.
  • Handed over only if you choosePass a record to your client, or invite a team, when you decide to.
Records over time

Capture it once. Capture it again. See what changed.

A single scan shows a building on one day. A FrontView record keeps every capture of the same building, dated and measurable. 123 Main Street was captured for the listing, again at lease end, and again when the fit-out was done.

Every point of interest is checked again, so you see when the boiler or a rooftop unit was replaced, and what the nameplate says now.

Never miss the next one

FrontView reminds you when it's time.

Set a recapture schedule for each building, and the events that call for one. When it's due, a reminder goes out, and you request the visit in one step.

AI Building Inspection · Experimental

A full inspection, drafted from the record.

Given a building’s record, FrontView AI can generate a full inspection report: every space, the facade and roof, and every point of interest, with what looks wrong and where, for you to review.

  1. 01Drafted from the whole recordEvery floor, the facade and roof, and each point of interest, with the photos and the capture date behind each finding.
  2. 02Yours to reviewEach finding is pinned where it is, so you can check it yourself and decide what to do.
  3. 03Ask for it with a captureFrontView offers it to select clients first. Mention it when you request a capture, and FrontView tells you whether it’s available for your building.

Not a professional inspection, and not an official record. Don’t file an AI Building Inspection as an official inspection record, and don’t rely on it as a property, building or engineering inspection. For a purchase, a loan, insurance or safety, use a licensed inspector or engineer.

Questions

About the platform

Who sees the record?
Only you, and the people you choose to share it with. FrontView, and every partner it works with, never tells other people what was captured, or for whom.
Can I embed or password-protect a record?
Yes. Share a record by link or on social media, embed it on your own site as a frame, and add a password when it shouldn’t be public. You choose these settings for each capture.
What’s a point of interest?
A pin in the record for something that matters, such as an electrical panel, a boiler, a rooftop unit, a sprinkler riser or a meter. Each pin holds close-ups of the nameplate and condition, and each new capture checks it again.
What happens between captures?
The record stays as captured: hosted, shared and downloadable whenever you need it. When something changes, at a lease start or end, after a fit-out or an incident, request a recapture, or let the record’s schedule remind you.

Every building we document stays documented.

Start the record with one capture. Every capture after that makes it worth more.
