Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the FrontView platform, website, APIs, or any services provided by FrontView Analytics LLC ("FrontView," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of FrontView services.
2. Description of Services
FrontView provides a cloud-based platform for spatial analytics and visual intelligence. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Media upload, storage, and management capabilities
- AI-powered analytics and content analysis of uploaded media
- Media sourcing through FrontView and its authorized third-party sourcing partners, including street-level, drone, aerial, and satellite imagery acquisition
- Processing of media using FrontView's proprietary models and/or third-party vendor models, as selected by the Client
- Data visualization, reporting, and export tools
FrontView reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
To access the FrontView platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify FrontView of any unauthorized use of your account.
FrontView reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or any conduct that FrontView determines, in its sole judgment, to be harmful to the platform or other users.
4. Fees, Payment & Billing
Access to FrontView services requires payment of applicable fees as described on the platform or in a separate service agreement. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services, including any applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a written agreement signed by FrontView.
FrontView reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. If you are on a subscription plan, price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following notice of the change. Continued use of the services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the platform.
5. Client Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree to use FrontView services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not:
- Upload, transmit, or store any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Use the services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the platform or any AI models
- Use the services to develop competing products or services
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform except through approved APIs
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any portion of the services or outputs without prior written consent from FrontView
- Use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of FrontView services, including any media you upload or request to be sourced, complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. FrontView does not review Client content for legal compliance, and the responsibility for lawful use rests entirely with you.
6. Media Upload & Client Content
You retain ownership of all media and content that you upload to the FrontView platform ("Client Content"). By uploading Client Content, you grant FrontView a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, analyze, display, and transmit your Client Content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you and improving our platform and models.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process your Client Content through the platform, and that such content does not violate any law or infringe upon the rights of any third party. FrontView assumes no responsibility or liability for the legality, accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any Client Content.
7. Third-Party Media Sourcing
FrontView may facilitate the acquisition of media through its network of authorized third-party sourcing partners ("Sourcing Partners"), including providers of street-level imagery, drone operators, aerial survey companies, and satellite imagery providers. FrontView acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary in connecting Clients with Sourcing Partners.
FrontView makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or legality of media obtained through Sourcing Partners. FrontView is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of any Sourcing Partner. All sourced media is provided "as is" and "as available." Any claims related to sourced media must be directed to the applicable Sourcing Partner.
You acknowledge that media sourcing may be subject to weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, equipment availability, access limitations, and other factors beyond FrontView's control. FrontView shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or deficiencies in media sourcing operations.
8. AI Models & Data Processing
FrontView offers analytics processing through both its proprietary AI models and third-party vendor models ("Vendor Models"). You may select which models to use for processing your content, subject to availability and applicable fees.
All AI model outputs, analytics results, predictions, classifications, and insights generated by the platform are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision-making. FrontView makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated outputs.
With respect to Vendor Models, FrontView acts solely as an integrator and is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, availability, or outputs of any third-party model. The use of Vendor Models may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the respective vendor, and you agree to comply with all such terms. FrontView disclaims all liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of or reliance on outputs generated by any AI model, whether proprietary or third-party.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE FRONTVIEW PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES, CONTENT, FEATURES, MEDIA, AI MODEL OUTPUTS, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. FRONTVIEW EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT, DATA, ANALYTICS, OR AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, LEGALITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF MEDIA OBTAINED THROUGH THIRD-PARTY SOURCING PARTNERS
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY VENDOR MODELS
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. FRONTVIEW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FRONTVIEW ANALYTICS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services
- Business interruption or loss of use
- Damages arising from or related to the accuracy or inaccuracy of AI model outputs, analytics, or predictions
- Damages arising from media sourced by third-party partners
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
- Damages arising from any third-party content, products, or services
- Any other intangible losses
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF FRONTVIEW HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN ANY EVENT, FRONTVIEW'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO FRONTVIEW DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FrontView Analytics LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or access to the FrontView platform and services
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
- Your Client Content, including any claims that such content infringes upon the rights of any third party
- Any use of media sourced at your request
- Any decisions made or actions taken based on AI model outputs or analytics provided through the platform
- Any dispute between you and any third party, including Sourcing Partners
12. Termination
FrontView may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access and use the services ceases immediately. FrontView shall not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your access to the services.
Upon termination, FrontView may, at its sole discretion, delete or retain your Client Content and account data. It is your sole responsibility to export any data you wish to retain prior to termination. FrontView shall have no obligation to maintain, return, or provide copies of your data after termination.
The following provisions shall survive termination: Sections 6 (license grant), 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 14 (Dispute Resolution & Governing Law), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
13. Force Majeure
FrontView shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, third-party service outages, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and shall take place in Delaware or virtually at FrontView's election.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LEGAL PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST FRONTVIEW.
15. Modifications to Terms
FrontView reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. FrontView is not obligated to provide individual notice of changes.
16. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements and order forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and FrontView regarding the services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. FrontView's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
FrontView collects the following categories of information in connection with providing its services:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and billing information provided during registration or account management
- Client Content: Media files, images, videos, and other content you upload to the platform for analysis and storage
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, API calls made, processing requests, session duration, and clickstream data
- Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, and network information
- Communications: Records of correspondence with FrontView support, feedback, and inquiries submitted through our contact forms
- Third-Party Data: Information received from third-party integrations, analytics providers, and advertising partners
2. How We Use Your Information
FrontView uses collected information for the following purposes:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the FrontView platform and services
- Processing your media through AI models and delivering analytics results
- Processing payments, managing accounts, and communicating about your subscription
- Sending service-related notifications, updates, and security alerts
- Improving and training our proprietary AI models and analytics capabilities using aggregated and anonymized data
- Conducting research and development to enhance our platform
- Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, security issues, and technical problems
- Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests from public authorities
- Sending marketing communications about FrontView products and services (you may opt out at any time)
3. Information Sharing & Third Parties
FrontView may share your information with the following categories of third parties:
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: We use third-party cloud services for hosting, storage, and computing resources. Your data may be stored and processed on their infrastructure.
- AI Model Vendors: When you elect to process media using third-party Vendor Models, your content is transmitted to those vendors for processing. Each vendor operates under its own privacy policy and data handling practices. FrontView is not responsible for the data practices of third-party model vendors.
- Sourcing Partners: When you request media sourcing, relevant project details may be shared with Sourcing Partners to facilitate media acquisition.
- Payment Processors: Billing and payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. FrontView does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.
- Analytics & Marketing Providers: We may share usage data with analytics and marketing service providers to help us understand platform usage and improve our services.
- Legal & Compliance: We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, respond to lawful requests from government authorities, or protect the rights, property, or safety of FrontView, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
FrontView does not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. AI Processing & Model Training
When you submit media for analysis, it is processed by AI models selected by you. FrontView may use anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified data derived from Client Content to improve, train, and develop its proprietary AI models, analytics capabilities, and platform features. Such derived data will not be attributable to any individual Client.
If you utilize third-party Vendor Models, your content is transmitted to those vendors for processing. FrontView has no control over how third-party vendors process, store, or use data submitted to their models, and you should review the applicable vendor's privacy policy and terms of service. FrontView disclaims all responsibility for data handling by third-party model vendors.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
FrontView uses cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect usage data, maintain session state, and deliver a personalized experience. By using the platform, you consent to the use of these technologies. You may control cookie settings through your browser preferences, but disabling certain cookies may impair platform functionality.
6. Data Retention
FrontView retains your personal information and Client Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may also retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, and for legitimate business purposes such as maintaining security and improving our services. Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise any such rights, please contact us through the contact form on our website. FrontView will respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. We may require verification of your identity before processing any request.
Please note that certain data may be exempt from such requests under applicable law, and FrontView reserves the right to retain data where required by law or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so.
8. International Data Transfers
FrontView is based in the United States. By using our services, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your data in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. FrontView will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
9. Children's Privacy
FrontView services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.
10. Changes to This Policy
FrontView reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Data Handling & Security
1. Cloud Infrastructure
All Client Content and platform data is stored in enterprise-grade, third-party cloud environments operated by leading cloud infrastructure providers. FrontView relies on the security certifications, compliance programs, and physical infrastructure of these providers. FrontView is not responsible for failures, outages, or security incidents attributable to the underlying cloud infrastructure provider.
2. Encryption
Data transmitted to and from the FrontView platform is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Client Content stored on the platform is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption or equivalent industry-standard encryption methods. FrontView leverages the encryption capabilities provided by its cloud infrastructure partners.
3. Access Controls & Data Isolation
Client data is logically isolated on the platform. We maintain role-based access controls ensuring that only authorized FrontView personnel with a legitimate business need can access Client data for the purposes of providing support, maintaining the platform, or as otherwise described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for managing access within your own account, including assigning roles, managing user permissions, and ensuring that your team members comply with your own internal security policies.
4. Shared Responsibility Model
FrontView operates under a shared responsibility model for data security. FrontView is responsible for the security of the platform infrastructure, while you are responsible for:
- Securing your account credentials and access tokens
- Managing user access and permissions within your account
- Ensuring the legality and appropriateness of content you upload
- Maintaining security of your own systems and networks that interact with the platform
- Backing up any data that you require independently of FrontView
5. Third-Party Processing
When you select third-party Vendor Models for processing, your content is transmitted to those vendors. Each vendor maintains its own security practices and certifications. FrontView is not responsible for the security measures, data handling practices, or security incidents of any third-party vendor. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of transmitting data to third-party services.
6. Incident Response
FrontView maintains incident response procedures to address potential security events. In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting your account, FrontView will make reasonable efforts to notify you in accordance with applicable law. FrontView's liability in connection with any security incident shall be subject to the Limitation of Liability provisions in these Terms.
7. No Guarantee of Absolute Security
While FrontView implements commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. FrontView cannot and does not guarantee absolute security of your data. You acknowledge that you provide data to FrontView at your own risk, and FrontView shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, data breach, or loss of data except to the extent directly caused by FrontView's gross negligence or willful misconduct, and subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms.
8. Data Backup & Recovery
FrontView performs routine backups of platform data as part of its standard operations. However, FrontView does not guarantee the availability, integrity, or recoverability of any specific Client Content. It is your sole responsibility to maintain independent backups of all data that you upload to or generate through the platform.
9. Data Deletion
Upon account termination or upon your written request, FrontView will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete your Client Content from active systems within a reasonable time period. However, residual copies may persist in backup systems, logs, and archival storage for a period of time as required by our operational and legal obligations. Anonymized and aggregated data derived from your content may be retained indefinitely.
Lawful Operations
1. Regulatory Compliance
FrontView is committed to operating in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. We conduct our business ethically and in accordance with industry standards and best practices for spatial analytics and data processing.
2. Media Acquisition Compliance
Media sourcing operations facilitated by FrontView are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations governing the use of satellites, drones, manned aircraft, and on-site data collection. All operators within our Sourcing Partner network are required to maintain proper licensing, certifications, and insurance as required by applicable law.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, FrontView does not independently verify the compliance status of each Sourcing Partner for every engagement. FrontView relies on the representations and certifications of its Sourcing Partners, and shall not be liable for any failure of a Sourcing Partner to comply with applicable laws or regulations. You acknowledge that the responsibility for verifying the lawfulness of specific media acquisition activities at specific locations rests with the requesting Client and the performing Sourcing Partner.
3. Drone & Aerial Operations
All drone and aerial sourcing operations facilitated through FrontView are required to comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, including Part 107 requirements, airspace authorizations, and any applicable state and local ordinances. FrontView does not directly operate drones or aircraft. All aerial sourcing is performed by independent, licensed operators within our partner network.
4. Satellite Imagery
Satellite imagery made available through the platform is sourced from licensed commercial satellite imagery providers. Such imagery is subject to the terms and restrictions imposed by the imagery provider and applicable government regulations. FrontView makes no independent representations regarding the accuracy, currency, or resolution of satellite imagery.
5. Client Compliance Obligations
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the FrontView platform, including any media you request, upload, analyze, or distribute, complies with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and third-party agreements. This includes, without limitation:
- Privacy laws and regulations applicable to the collection and processing of personal data, including images of individuals or private property
- Zoning, trespass, and property access laws applicable to on-site media collection
- Export control and sanctions regulations applicable to the transfer of data, media, or technology
- Industry-specific regulations applicable to your business (e.g., financial services, healthcare, government contracting)
- Any contractual obligations you may have with third parties regarding the use of data and media
FrontView does not provide legal advice and does not monitor or evaluate your compliance with applicable laws. You should consult with your own legal counsel regarding your compliance obligations.
6. Export Controls & Sanctions
The FrontView platform and services are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), as well as U.S. economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You agree not to use, export, re-export, or transfer the services or any data obtained through the platform in violation of any applicable export control or sanctions laws.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
FrontView will cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and courts of competent jurisdiction as required by law. This may include disclosing your account information, Client Content, usage data, and other information in response to lawful requests, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes. FrontView will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of such requests unless prohibited by law or court order.
8. Audit Rights
FrontView reserves the right to audit your use of the platform to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Such audits may include reviewing usage patterns, account activity, and content to detect potential violations. FrontView may suspend or terminate your account if an audit reveals a violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
1. FrontView Platform IP
All content, features, functionality, software, code, algorithms, AI models, machine learning systems, user interfaces, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade dress, and all other elements of the FrontView platform (collectively, "FrontView IP") are owned by FrontView Analytics LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret laws.
2. Patent-Pending Technology
FrontView utilizes patent-pending technology for spatial analysis, multi-modal AI processing, and related capabilities. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use of our proprietary technology is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
3. License to Use the Platform
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, FrontView grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. This license does not include any right to modify, copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the platform or any FrontView IP.
4. Client Content Ownership & License
You retain all ownership rights in your original Client Content. However, by uploading Client Content to the platform, you grant FrontView a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to:
- Host, store, cache, reproduce, and display your Client Content as necessary to provide the services
- Process, analyze, and generate derivative analytics and insights from your Client Content
- Use anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified data derived from your Client Content to improve, train, and develop FrontView's proprietary AI models, algorithms, and platform features
- Create and retain anonymized benchmarks, statistics, and aggregated datasets
This license survives termination of your account with respect to anonymized and aggregated data and any models or improvements derived therefrom.
5. AI Model Outputs
Analytics results, reports, classifications, predictions, and other outputs generated by AI models through the platform ("Outputs") may be used by you for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. However, FrontView retains all rights in and to the underlying models, algorithms, and methodologies used to generate such Outputs.
You acknowledge that similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other clients using the same or similar models, and nothing in these Terms grants you exclusive rights to any Output, methodology, or analytical approach.
6. Feedback & Suggestions
If you provide FrontView with any feedback, suggestions, ideas, improvements, or other input regarding the platform or services ("Feedback"), you hereby assign to FrontView all right, title, and interest in and to such Feedback. FrontView shall be free to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and commercialize any Feedback without any obligation, compensation, or attribution to you.
7. Restrictions
You shall not, directly or indirectly:
- Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of any FrontView IP
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of the platform or any AI models
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the platform
- Use FrontView's trademarks, trade names, logos, or service marks without prior written consent
- Frame, mirror, or incorporate any part of the platform into any other product or service
- Use the platform or any Outputs to train, develop, or improve competing AI models, products, or services
- Benchmark or conduct performance testing of the platform for publication without FrontView's prior written consent
8. DMCA & Intellectual Property Claims
FrontView respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us through the contact form on our website with the following information: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
9. Trademarks
"FrontView," the FrontView logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of FrontView Analytics LLC. You shall not use such marks without the prior written permission of FrontView. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.
